Holiday rental:
Anyone
wishing to rent holiday accommodation can simply
contact the owners directly
to get complete details.
The Tourist Office does not act as a travel agent and cannot accept
responsibility for any differences that might arise between
holidaymakers and property owners. We must also state that the prices
stated are those given to us and may be subject to change.
All furnished property featured on our lists have been visited by
representatives from the Tourist Office. The tourism labels
‘Clévacances’ and ‘Épis’ guarantee that the property has been visited by
a relevant committee member and that the classification conforms to the
official standards required. Furnished properties in Finistère are
guaranteed either through the ‘Clévacances’ quality charter or through
the ‘Gîtes de France’ charter or through a legally recognised system of
star-rating.
Classification:
1 key, 1 sword or 1 star: standard
2 keys, 2 swords or 2 stars: comfortable
3 keys, 3 swords or 3 stars: superior comfort
We encourage all our visitors to fill in rental contracts (which we
provide free of charge to property owners) and to conduct an inventory
when taking over the property. Should any problems arise, please don’t
hesitate to let us know…
