  Primelin
A bit of history at the side of the road

Between Audierne and the Pointe du Raz, Primelin lies at the heart of nature in its wild state. The life of Primelin centres on the sea, agriculture and tourism, and it seduces visitors by the simplicity of its existence.

Places to visit: the chapel of Saint Tugen – a mysterious character who was said to cure fits. The Pardon of Saint Tugen is famous further afield in France and beyond.

Similarly, the chapel of Saint-Théodore and the Parish church of Saint-Primel are good to visit. Other buildings of historic interest include Saint-Chrysanthe chapel and the Manor house at Lézurec.

For relaxation and leisure, Primelin offers the chance to go fishing at the port known as ‘Port du Loch’ and also try your hand at watersports.

Make the most of our designated, signed pathways, our tennis courts and football pitches.
