Cléden
- Cap - Sizun
Land of sea and legend

This district is part of the wild coast, with rocky points
each more beautiful than the last and Cléden-Cap-Sizun has
always known how to safeguard its beauty.
Between the points of Van, Brézellec, Castel Meur and
Penharn you can find small creeks and inlets with sandy
beaches and turquoise waters. Some of these (Le Vorlen,
Brézellec and Heign-Hass) also include little ports where
boats bob up and down to the rhythm of the waves.
In the centre of Cléden-Cap-Sizun stands Saint-Clet Church,
dating from the 16th century and famous for its
gothic porch and bell-tower.
Cléden-Cap-Sizun also boasts many chapels: Saint-They,
Saint-Trémeur, Saint-Tugdual and Notre-Dame-de-Longroas.
Local curiosity: The local beach of Porz Théolen is famous both as a surf
spot and
for the remains of shipwrecks that only appear at low tide.
